Executive Session not open to the public
The Board of Directors has scheduled an executive session on August 18 at the conclusion/prior to
adjournment of the regular business meeting, approximately 6:05 p.m., to discuss with legal
counsel representing the district matters related to district enforcement actions, or litigation or
potential litigation to which the district, the board, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or
is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an
adverse legal or financial consequence to the district. The executive session is not open to the
public and is expected to conclude at approximately 6:30 p.m.
