AMVETS Retire Old Glory

This week AMVET volunteers Richard Bardsley, Sunnie Hedstrom and Arnil Hoffarth retired the district office’s weathered American flag. Richard’s sister, auxiliary member Roberta Bardsley, sang the National Anthem and read I Am the Flag. The veterans raised a brand new flag as District Office employees watched. Thanks to the AMVETs for helping the district properly retire its flag.
