Explorer students ace national math competition
The 4th grade Explorer class placed first in its region, and tied for second nationally in the CML (Continental Mathematics League) competition. This competition consists of five problem solving math tests. Teacher Mary Cortinas reports there were 194 teams in the competition this year. Congratulations to Mrs. Cortinas and the students.
