Lincoln High School staff discuss facility needs with Task Force
Community Facilities Task Force co-chairs Paul Schneidmiller and Ted Cohan and members of the task force met with Lincoln High School staff Thursday. Staff addressed many concerns with the 1927 facility, including air quality, lack of equipment for today’s learning, safety and security and the overall poor quality of the aging facility.

They stressed the need for flexibility in the learning spaces to support a variety of learning models and programs. The task force is scheduled to visit Pioneer Middle School and Blue Ridge Elementary and Head Start/ECEAP before the end of the school year. This input will be used as the Community Facilities Task Force develops a long-range facilities improvement plan.
