Whitman College soccer coach to lead Wa-Hi boys soccer program

Congratulations to Jose Cedeno for being named Walla Walla High School boys soccer coach. Cedeno is also the Head Soccer coach at Whitman College. Cedeno played soccer at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York. He also played Division I Amateur League for Istria Soccer Club in New York and internationally in Croatia. He was the Director of Coaching and Player Development for the Belmont United Soccer Club in Belmont California and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages (Spanish) and a Master’s degree in Sports Management.

“We are very excited about this hire,” said Athletic Director Dirk Hansen. “Jose brings a wealth of head coaching experience at both the high school and collegiate level.”
