Health Services Back to School Reminders

Does your child have a life threatening condition? If so, Health Services is ready to help!

The Department of Student Health Services is excited to welcome all students back to campus. The staff reminds parents who have students with life-threatening conditions they must have medication orders processed and emergency medications turned into your student's school clinic before the first day of school. Please read the School Entry Information Letter for Parent/Guardian & Medical Providers.

Order forms and Immunization requirements can be found on the Health Services website under -- Forms

Please don't hesitate to contact your school and ask to be directed to the school RN for any questions or concerns. All of the Health Services staff look forward to seeing everyone soon!
