November is National Native American Heritage Month where the country recognizes the contributions, achievements and sacrifices of Native American people, the first inhabitants of the United States.

National Native American Heritage Month is also a time to celebrate this rich and vibrant culture. This month is a chance to share the unique ancestry, traditions, and contributions Native American communities make today and have made throughout history.
