Tips for using the US Netcom automated telephone message system
- Caller ID Telephone Number: School number or district office number will appear
- Always say hello (This system is VOICE activated)
- Give the system a few seconds to play message
- If possible, set answering machine to pick up on the 5th ring (It won't leave a message if set to 6th ring or more - also clear message box to ensure there is enough space)
