No early release Wednesday, June 1 for secondary school students
Math testing to keep middle and high school students in school all day June 1

Middle and high school students at Pioneer and Garrison Middle Schools and Walla Walla and Lincoln High Schools will be in school a full day Wednesday, June 1 to complete their math End-of-Course Assessments.
These math assessments are now a state requirement.

This represents a change to the 2010-2011 school year calendar. Elementary students at all six district elementary schools will have an early release as originally scheduled.
