Big Nine Athletic Conference realigns to North-South Divisions
Thursday Columbia Basin Big Nine principals voted to maintain the Columbia Basin Big Nine Conference as one league with two geographical divisions -- North/South.

Hanford High School President Ken Gosney facilitated the process as the Columbia Basin Big Nine Principals President. The changes take effective for the 2012-2013 school year.

North Division Schools:
- Eastmont
- Eisenhower
- Davis
- Moses Lake
- Sunnyside
- Wenatchee
- West Valley

South Division Schools:
- Chiawana
- Hanford
- Kamiakin
- Kennewick
- Pasco
- Richland
- Southridge
- Walla Walla
