Prospect Point students volunteer at humane society

Animals at the Blue Mountain Humane Society get extra care and love Saturday as Prospect Point 5th grade students in David Parodis class are volunteering service for Make a Difference Day. Students will work from 9 a.m. to noon doing a variety of house-keeping jobs and care for the animals. This is the second consecutive year Parodi has organized this activity.

"Students will be giving back to a community that provides so much for us," Parodi said.
