Nick Walsh - Bari Sax
Machado Mijiga - Alto Sax
Cameron Yancey - Trombone
Tom Callister - Vibes
Dustin Taylor - Guitar
"The CWU Jazz Festival is not a competitive festival with winners and runners up," Band Director Andrew Ueckert said. "However, they do read off the names of each student who was nominated to be an outstanding soloist at the end of the day, and of the 24 high school jazz bands who performed, Wa-Hi tied Pasco and Hanford for having the most Outstanding Soloist Awards given out. The entire Jazz Band also received an Outstanding Jazz Band Certificate as well! Way to go Wa-Hi Jazz Band."
