Police release description of car and man in recent luring incidents in the Walla Walla area

The Walla Walla Police Department has been investigating several reports of young children being contacted by an adult male who attempts to lure the children close to or into his car.

The incidents have been similar in nature. A common description of the vehicle has been a smaller white boxy sedan with a roof rack and an emblem on the back.

The emblem is described as possibly a manufactures emblem or sticker. An adult witness describes the car as possibly an older Honda accord or similar to a Honda accord.

Most of the witnesses describing the car say it is a smaller white boxy four door with a black stripe on the side and either gray spoke wheels or hub caps.

Some of the witnesses report body damage on the driver side front and rear or paint damage. The most consistent description of the suspect is a 30-50 year old white male with short black hair, medium build and possibly a mustache and unshaven, but no beard.  

Most incidents have occurred around public parks and schools.
