Walla Walla High School graduate hired to Walla Walla County Emergency Management position
Walla Walla High School graduate Abbie Lee Van Donge was recently hired as the Assistant Director of Walla Walla County's Emergency Management Department.

Van Donge is nearing the completion of a master's degree in emergency management from the American Military University, holds a bachelor's degree in communications from University of Hawaii (Hilo), and has firsthand emergency management and Incident Command System exposure, according to Walla Walla County Emergency Management Department Director Gay Ernst. Van Donge reports to her new position April 5, 2010.
